Pineview Trace

Pineview Trace has added 50 new units of critically needed workforce housing in Vienna, GA. The new neighborhood offers a mix of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom townhomes to families in need of quality housing convenient to places of employment.

The project was completed in partnership with the City of Vienna, which crafted an Urban Redevelopment Plan targeting the removal of blight and creation of housing between its downtown core and major employment node.

Pineview Trace was financed primarily through housing tax credits allocated by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs and opened its doors to families in 2022.
