Paladin, Inc. was formed in 1997 with a vision for delivering quality affordable housing to communities throughout the Southeast. Our non-profit organization has grown into one of the region's leading providers of affordable housing, having developed 38 properties and 1,900 units across sIx states. Our team has extensive experience utilizing the financing tools that make affordable housing possible, including Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, HUD and USDA products, as well as Affordable Housing Program funds from the Federal Home Loan Bank.

We are also a community-driven development firm that seeks to leverage housing investments to catalyze broader neighborhood change. In addition to housing development, Paladin serves as the supportive services coordinator to increase residents' access to health care, job training and educational programs. We've also leveraged our expertise to launch new community-based non-profit organizations, including Georgia Communities, Inc., Alabama Communities, Inc., and Midtown Atlanta Community Ministries.
