Legacy Villas at Eastman

Paladin, Inc., in partnership with owner Georgia Communities, Inc., recently completed the development of Legacy Villas in Eastman, Georgia. The 60-unit affordable senior facility will help the local community address an urgent need for housing in the aftermath of storms caused by Hurricane Michael in 2018.

Paladin and Georgia Communities will again be funding improvements in the community through its Community Catalyst grant program. 

Legacy Villas opened its doors to new senior residents in December 2020.
