Halls of East Thomaston

Halls of East Thomaston is a mixed rehabilitation and new construction project that will create 54 senior housing units across three buildings. The development includes the reuse of the historic East Thomaston School into 30 units, along with two newly constructed buildings providing an additional 24 units.
